Beer & Wine Bar: No corking fees. We serve wine, and beer by kegs or bottles. Includes:
bar towels, wine openers, bar mat, straw and napkin caddy, cutting
board, knife, garbage & recycling bags, taps, back-up plastic
drinkware, and fruit garnish for beer as needed.
Basic Cocktail Bar with Beer & Wine: This is a standard bar serving mixed drinks ie: gin and tonic, rum and coke etc., in addition to beer and wine. Includes:
bar towels, wine openers, bar mat, straw and napkin caddy, bar
utensils, cutting board, knife, garbage & recycling bags, speed
pours, taps, back-up plastic drinkware, lemons, limes, and cherries.
Full Cocktail Bar with Beer and Wine: his bar adds martinis, cosmos, margaritas etc. in addition to beer and wine. Includes:
bar towels, wine openers, bar mat, straw and napkin caddy, bar
utensils, shakers & strainers, sugar and salt rimmer, blender,
cutting board, knife, garbage & recycling bags, speed pours, taps,
back-up plastic drinkware, toothpicks, lemons, limes, oranges, cherries,
olives, onions, mint, kosher salt, rim sugar, bitters, Roses lime
juice, simple syrup, triple sec, vermouth.
Signature Bar: Varies according to
ingredients, garnishes, and number of guests. We will create custom
drinks to fit your event with a mix of sweet and savory creations. We
use local, fresh ingredients and custom garnishes. Includes: bar
towels, wine openers, bar mat, straw and napkin caddy, bar utensils,
shakers & strainers, sugar and salt rimmer, blender, cutting board,
knife, garbage & recycling bags, speed pours, back-up plastic
drinkware, toothpicks, kosher salt, rim sugar, bitters, Roses lime

ingredients.*A Signature Drink can be added to any bar, and does

Wine Tasting Bar: Have a different
kind of party! Let us set up a wine tasting bar in your home or other
location. Technical and detailed or fun and informative, we will create a
custom theme for you and your guests. Some we like are: one grape from
several regions, blind wine tasting, Oregon VS France....the
possibilities are endless! Includes: bar towels, wine openers,
bar mat, napkins, garbage & recycling bags, dump bucket, water
pitchers, and cocktail trays. Also includes wine information and pairing
notes and basic wine pairing accompaniments, ie: cheese, crackers,
nuts, chocolate, homemade bread, fruit.
Beer Tasting Bar: We will provide several different beers with a theme. Choose local, imports, or a mix. Includes:
bar towels, beer taps, beer pitchers, bar mat, napkins, garbage &
recycling bags, dump bucket, and cocktail trays. Also includes beer
information and pairing notes along with pairing accompaniments, ie: our
cheese fondue, bar snack mix, olives & peppers.
Bachelorette Bar: All male
bartenders and sexy cocktails. So fun! We will create a taylored menu of
fabulous drinks to give you and your girls a night to remember. Includes:
